Create something she might not be expecting this year!

I know that Mother’s Day can be complicated, and if this day is difficult for you, you have my sympathies. I am very blessed to have a wonderful relationship with my mama. She is the glue who holds my family together! And on Mother’s Day, we celebrate by going to my parents’ house and eating homemade donuts that my mom makes as a special treat on this day every year. (Yes, it’s Mother’s Day and yes, she’s the one making the donuts! I promise she doesn’t mind.) These sweet treats are so delicious and we look forward to them every May.
Of course, we take gifts with us when we go to eat the donuts! Which got me thinking about some of the best Mother’s Day gifts I’ve given or received over the years. Gifts don’t have to be large or expensive to be meaningful. So in this blog post, I’ve collected a few of the best DIY Mother’s Day gift ideas I’ve come across or created over the years.
If DIY is not your thing, I’ve got lots of inspiration in my Amazon stores for gifts that would work perfectly for mom this year!
