This DIY Christmas beeswax candle make a beautiful little handmade gift, and the bottle brush trees on the lid give it an extra does of festive cuteness!
I saw a candle similar to my DIY version on the Anthropologie website this year, and thought it would be fun to make a handmade version inspired by the design!
My DIY Christmas beeswax candle is less expensive to make, and it’s a really easy craft. I think this candle turned out EXTRA cute, and I love that the lid looks adorable on the candle, and off the candle as a little Holiday decor accent.

How to make this DIY Christmas beeswax candle with a bottle brush tree lid:
Materials:
- small glass container with a wooden lid (I found mine at Dollarama)
- beeswax (I buy mine from a local honey farm)
- cotton candle wick
- bottle brush trees (you can dye some in fun colors like I did)
- hot glue & hot glue gun

Directions:
- Melt enough beeswax in a double boiler to fill your glass container about 2/3 full.
- Position the wick in the center bottom of the container, and pour the wax inside.
- While the wax cools, use a hot glue gun to attach 3 bottle brush trees in different sizes to the lid of the container.
- After the candle wax cools, trim the wick and pop the lid on the candle.
